A quarter Italian. 100% from Brunswick.

one third copywriter. two-thirds content creator.

but mostly a digital marketer.

I want to make work that changes minds and visions and even if that’s just making people happy about what they’re eating, drinking, where they’re hanging out, or how they are feeling about the world around them. I want to create work that creates conversation

Experience

In my first year of the Bachelor of Comms/Advertising, my working group was picked from our cohort to present creative ideas to the advertising agency DataSauce for their clients Hairhouse, and The Residential Efficiency Scorecard run by the Victorian Government.

During my second year, I had the opportunity to create an advertising strategy for a new alcoholic beverage titled Barry. It was part of our course but was also a competition, and my team won! We subsequently worked with the client to create online and billboard advertisements.

In the final year of my degree, I have been working with groups to submit campaigns for various awards, including a Spotify campaign for the Future Lions, and for OMO’s new campaign Dirt is Good, for the D&AD New Blood Awards. Both campaigns were developed and implemented from scratch.

This year I have completed two separate internships - the first as a content intern for Melbourne Food & Wine, where I wrote for and pitched ideas for their website. I was also invited to sit in on all the team’s marketing meetings, learning about the importance of SEO’s and creating content and direct marketing campaigns including EDMs. my writing skills and ability to pitch ideas for their website.

I am now working on a digital marketing campaign with MSI Australia, a women’s reproductive health company, who are wanting to promote a new ‘Green Whistle’ service for women as pain relief when they are having an IUD inserted. I am enjoying this experience and working closely with MSI’s Marketing Manager to help the organisation achieve their communications goals, particularly to a younger female audience.

My vision

I am interested in an entry-level position within a marketing department or agency to further develop my skills in digital marketing, brand development and copywriting. I am happy to do anything.

For now, though, I am discovering and developing my skills and knowledge as I continue a journey of finding all the parts of myself.
